Project films build directly on approved visualizations.
They let you experience space, geometry, scale, activity, light and atmosphere more clearly, making unbuilt projects easier to understand for juries, authorities, clients and project teams.
The examples below are based on real Cadman projects and show how project films can be used across schools, public buildings, interiors, masterplans and urban development.
Vesterøya Barneskole through a full day
The day-night-day film follows Vesterøya Barneskole from an active school day through a quiet night and back to morning, showing how the building supports both everyday school life and community use after hours. The visualizations were created for HUS arkitekter AS and Skanska.

Animated human activity makes the project easier to relate to, while the version without people keeps the focus on architecture and spatial structure.
Nittedalsgata 50
The Nittedalsgata 50 film shows how motion can turn a residential masterplan into a lived urban place. The original visualization was created for HRTB AS Arkitekter and Lillestrøm Municipality in Norway.
Changing light, street activity and illuminated interiors help communicate atmosphere, everyday life and long-term potential.
Oppvekstjordet interior
The Oppvekstjordet film shows the main interior space of a school, kindergarten and multi-purpose hall in Ask, Gjerdrum in Norway, developed with L2 Arkitekter for Betonmast Romerike AS.
Motion helps communicate the central meeting point, café area, play zone, stair connection and aula as one shared hub for movement, activity and community.

The two sequences below return to Vesterøya Barneskole and show the same interior with and without people, shifting the focus between spatial structure and everyday use.
Project Films with Cadman
The best starting point is a finished and approved visualization, preferably developed by Cadman as part of the same project.
Depending on the material and purpose, Cadman can produce anything from a simple atmospheric movement to a complete project film with editing, ambience, sound effects, music, text and voice-over.
For more controlled camera movement, Cadman can prepare a simple animatic before producing the final film. More complex transitions are best based on two or more approved stills from matching viewpoints, for example a daytime image and an approved evening image.
A project film can include camera movement, changing light, atmosphere, people in motion, transitions between approved visual states, editing, ambience, sound effects, music, text and voice-over.
