1. Terms of Service
1.1 Website content and use
The content on Cadman.dk, including visuals, videos, and text, is owned by Cadman and is protected under the Berne Convention and other applicable copyright laws. You may view and use the content for personal, informational use only. Any reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial use requires prior written consent.
1.2 Shop purchases and access
Purchases on Cadman.dk include video courses, downloadable materials, and other shop items. After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased content, typically via a password-protected page. Your access credentials are provided to you and must be kept secure.
Refunds are not provided for digital products once access has been granted, unless required by Danish law or applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content once access has been provided and the delivery has started, as permitted under applicable EU and Danish rules for digital content.
If you purchase a course and receive access immediately, you agree that delivery starts right away and that the right of withdrawal is lost once access is granted.
1.3 License types (for digital course products)
Cadman.dk offers the following license types for digital course products:
- Single-User Access (1 seat): Intended for one person only, including a sole proprietor or freelancer. The content must not be shared, distributed, or accessed by anyone else.
- Team Access (2-9 seats): Intended for multiple users within one legal entity and one country only. Cross-border or international use requires a separate license per country.
- Enterprise Access (10+ seats): Please request a quote here.
- International Access (multi-country): Please request a quote here.
Using Single-User Access for internal sharing or team use is a material breach of these terms. If misuse is detected or confirmed, access may be suspended or revoked without refund, except where required by law, and Cadman may pursue legal remedies as described in section 1.6.
1.4 Course downloads
Course videos are primarily streamed. Single-User Access does not include downloadable video files. Team Access may request offline access if streaming is restricted by IT policy, subject to written confirmation that the content will not be shared. Recording and redistribution are prohibited.
1.5 Official sales channel
Cadman courses and digital products are sold exclusively via Cadman.dk. Any other website, marketplace, or third-party listing claiming to sell Cadman courses is not authorized. If you see Cadman content offered elsewhere, please report it to shop@cadman.dk.
1.6 Passwords, sharing, and enforcement
Sharing purchased access credentials (passwords or similar) is not allowed. Single-User Access is strictly limited to one individual. Team Access is limited to the purchased number of seats within one legal entity and one country, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If misuse is detected, strongly suspected, or confirmed, Cadman may take immediate protective measures to secure the content and the legitimate purchaser base. This may include temporary suspension pending verification, credential reset, or permanent revocation of access. In case of breach, no refund will be provided, except where required by law.
For confirmed violations, Cadman may pursue legal remedies, including injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use, and claims for compensation and reasonable enforcement costs.
1.6.1 Password usage and security checks
Each password provided upon purchase is linked to your purchase and intended for Single-User use (or internal Team use under a Team Access license). For security reasons, access may be subject to automated checks based on technical signals such as login patterns and IP address changes.
1.6.2 Security-related access changes
Access credentials may be changed for security reasons, including suspected credential sharing or unauthorized distribution. If you experience access issues, contact shop@cadman.dk and include your receipt. Access will only be reissued to verified purchasers.
1.7 Course content note
Courses are primarily composed of exclusive content. To support coherence and learning goals, selected YouTube videos (or parts thereof) may be included when relevant. Such content is curated and integrated to support the course material.
1.8 Email consulting
Consulting packages (Email Consulting) are delivered as written, email-based feedback tailored to the material you submit. The purchased time (2 or 5 hours) includes reading, preparation, and writing. No meetings, phone calls, or live sessions are included. Delivery is typically within 3-5 business days after receiving the necessary material.
Because the service is customized and time-based, refunds are not available once the consulting has been delivered. All purchased consulting time must be used within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining time expires and cannot be refunded or transferred.
1.9 Course support
Purchasing a digital course on Cadman.dk does not include personal 1:1 support, software troubleshooting for your specific project, project reviews, or answers to individual workflow questions. Courses are designed to be self-paced and self-contained.
Requests that go beyond technical access issues are handled via Email Consulting only.
2. Copyright and intellectual property
2.1 Visual content
All architectural visualizations, designs, and imagery showcased on Cadman.dk are protected under copyright law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or redistribution is prohibited.
2.2 Video and course content
Video courses and materials sold or displayed on this website are provided for the buyer’s permitted use under the license purchased. Redistribution, reselling, or re-uploading is prohibited.
2.3 Berne Convention protection
As per the Berne Convention, works on Cadman.dk are protected under international copyright law.
3. Privacy policy
3.1 Data collection
We collect personal data such as name and email address when you purchase items or interact with Cadman.dk. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and we do not store your financial details on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs payment-related data.

6.1 Service availability and continuity
We aim to provide ongoing access to purchased content. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed due to technical issues, server downtime, or unforeseen business circumstances, including business closure. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we are not obligated to provide alternative access to digital products.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of Cadman.dk constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
