1.2.1 Course Content Disclaimer
The courses are primarily composed of exclusive content. However, to ensure coherence, relevance, and thematic enhancement, selected YouTube videos (or parts thereof) may be included within courses. These videos are carefully edited and integrated to support the course material effectively.
1.2.2 Consulting Services
Consulting packages (Email Consulting) purchased on Cadman.dk are provided as written, email-based feedback tailored to the user’s submitted project or question. All consulting is conducted by a licensed architect with over 20 years of professional experience.
The total time includes reading, preparation, and writing. The scope and depth of the feedback correspond to the purchased time package (2 or 5 hours). No meetings, phone calls, or live interactions are included. Delivery is typically within 3–5 business days.
Refunds are not available for delivered consulting services, regardless of subjective satisfaction, as the service is customized and time-based. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges that the service is provided in good faith and reflects the advisor’s best professional judgment within the time frame selected.
1.2.3 License Types
Cadman.dk offers two types of licenses for all digital course products:
- Individual License – This license is intended for one single person (including sole proprietors and freelancers). The content must not be shared, distributed, or accessed by anyone else. Each license is strictly personal.
- Company License – This license allows internal access within one legal entity and one country only. It is intended for use by multiple team members within the same national division or office. Cross-border or international use requires a separate license per country.
If your organization operates across multiple countries and wishes to provide access beyond one national division, please contact shop@cadman.dk for a customized international license quote.
Purchasing an Individual License and using it across an organization is a violation of these terms and may lead to revoked access without refund, as described in section 1.4.
1.3 No Video Downloads Policy
To protect the exclusivity and integrity of the content, we do not provide downloadable video files. This ensures that our intellectual property is safeguarded and prevents unauthorized redistribution. Videos can be streamed directly from the website for personal use only.
1.4 Accountability for Shared Passwords
Sharing your purchased access credentials (e.g., passwords) is a violation of our terms. Breaches may result in the revocation of access without a refund and legal action to protect intellectual property.
1.4.1 Password Usage and Security
